Those at the apex of the pyramid virtually never present a public face. They prefer to stay safely hidden in the shadows, protected behind the impenetrable layers of secrecy, which is their means of survival. Eugenics plays a major role in their philosophy, both as a means of breeding the public to serve their cause, and to maintain the purity of their own aristocratic bloodlines. The Elite only breed exclusively within the thirteen families that make up their pedigree. They believe their breeding is what endows them with the superior attributes responsible for attaining and preserving their great wealth and power.
The Visible Top of the Pyramid
The highest VISIBLE level of the pyramid takes form in many NGO organizations and tax exempt foundations. Carroll Quigley describes these organizations in extensive detail, including the International Bankers, The Round Table Group, The Trilateral Commission, The Council on Foreign Relations and their European counterpart The Royal Institute of International Affairs, The BilderBurg Group, The Club of Rome, and the secret societies of the Order of the Illuminati, the Freemasons, and Skull and Bones, among many others.

Just in case you have any doubts about the agenda of these organizations what follows are two telling quotes...
The first quote is from a speech given by David Rockefeller to the Trilateral Commission, an organization created by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1973:
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.
It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march toward world government."
The second quote is from David Rockefeller's personal memoirs published in 2000:
"For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions, Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world if you will... if that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."
Clearly Mr. Rockefeller believes the world is much better off with him and his bankster buddies in complete control of everything and everybody. Surely this is preferable to the organic self determination resulting from the freedom and liberty of the people exercising their inalienable rights. It should be noted that David Rockefeller is not at the top of the pyramid, but he and his banker brethren are some of the major players with a high degree of visibility. Due to this visibility Mr. Rockefeller's attitudes and beliefs are matters of substantial public record.
The following quote is from the minutes of the 5/21/92 Bilderberg Conference held in Evian, France:
"Today Americans would be outraged if U. N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government."
The term "Well Being" should be strongly emphasized in this chilling statement.
The Grand Business Plan

Like it or not, we are all part of the Elite's grand business plan of global domination. But unlike a typical business that plans their strategies one, or five, or maybe even ten, years in advance - the Elite plan their strategies in the range of one hundred years in advance. In order to carry out a consistent business plan over centuries the Elite groom their progeny with the appropriate attitude, philosophy, and cold blooded perspective of the consummate psychopath. They also receive a highly specialized Elite education far above and beyond any kind of curriculum the rest of us are accustomed to.
Utilizing the unlimited resources their money can buy, the Elite hire the world's top experts in various specialized fields and disciplines. These experts are sequestered in compartmentalized think tanks, each one charged with developing solutions for specific aspects of the plan. Of course the people that join these think tanks are not privy to the grand plan itself, or even aware that a plan exists. They work in secrecy and isolation. Only the Elite know how their solutions will fit into play.
Remember the Elite's ultimate objective in formulating the grand business plan is to establish PERMINENT global domination. Tyrants throughout history have conquered by war and maintained their dominance by violent oppression. But history has shown enslaved populations eventually rebel against tyranny, which never bodes well for the tyrants. The techniques of controlling the many by the few are only effective until the many band together in desperation, determined to break the bonds of tyranny and win back their god given freedoms.
The modern Elite have no intention of repeating this error. They deploy their grand business plan incrementally in small discrete steps like a masters game of chess. The new strategy calls for covertly controlling the needs of the population rather than overt control by force of arms. Their tactics include monopolizing the food supply, medicine, technology, commerce, mass media, government, and the military. The Elite use their influence over these monopolies to manipulate the necessities and pleasures of life. In this way they can stay hidden behind an impenetrable wall of corporate beurocracy while conducting a quiet war on our minds.
The forces of quiet warfare are deployed subtlety. The Elite delicately manipulate the circumstances of our lives in such a way that we think changes happen by natural consequence rather than by deliberate design. In this way the Elite manipulate social evolution to align with their agenda by causing us to adapt to the circumstances they themselves create. This elegant method of controlling our thoughts and behaviors is extremely effective. There is no more obedient a slave than one who believes he is free. When the hand of the tyrant is hidden, the people have no sense any tyranny exists to rebel against.
Even better - when people are unhappy with the circumstances of life they look to their government for change.
It is well documented fact that many prominent figures of history, including the founders of the United States, belonged to secret societies of the Illuminati and Freemasonry. Although these are not strictly Elite organizations they have been infiltrated by the Elite as early as the 16th century. The Elite have worked hard to maintain key positions of influence in these and many other organizations, including the banking cartel of the Federal Reserve, the Military Industrial Complex, and covert intelligence agencies such as the CIA, MI6 and many more. Naturally most people find it difficult to accept that our government is controlled by a hidden Global Elite working behind the scenes. Like puppets on a stage the public face government is a constantly changing facade while the underlying infrastructure of government always remains the same.
Governments are designed to give people the illusion that they have the power to choose who governs them.
If the people become disenchanted with the current administration they can always vent their frustrations when election time comes around. The people believe they have the power to choose those that govern them but this is an illusion. The candidates of both major parties have been pre-selected by the Elite. We the people can only choose between the candidates offered, and since the Elite control both parties there is no real choice at all.
It must be noted that there are many good honest people in the lower levels of government that strive to do their very best for the public benefit. As the saying goes - "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely". The degree of corruption is consistent with the degree of power at each level of the pyramid.
The Elite's power structure has been presented as a pyramid, but a more accurate model would be a main pyramid made up of a stack of smaller pyramids. Government is one of these smaller pyramids. The Elite focus their influence at the capstones. Their numbers are far too few to micro-manage the entire structure so they design their directives to trickle down from the top.
Tactics of the Global Elite

The Elite have a motto - ORDO AB CHAO (Order From Chaos) This ancient motto is very dear to the Elite as it describes their preferred method of engineering social change to get what they want. The basic method is simple - the implementation is an art.
1. Define the segment of population you want to change. This can be done according to geographic location, religious belief or philosophy, ideology, social status or class, occupation, financial position, or any other aspect that defines target a group.
2. Design and implement a set of circumstances that will disrupt the target group into a state of complete chaos and confusion.
3. Be ready to provide the perfect solution to establish a new order (a new way of thinking) which justfies enacting whatever changes that was your intended goal all along.
There are many different versions of this theoretical model. They are all steeped in what is known as the Hegelian Dialectic which is essentially a method designed to control both sides of an argument to produce an intended outcome. A more recent iteration has been repackaged as Problem – Reaction – Solution. History has proven there is no better method of swaying public opinion to one’s advantage than this time tested classic. Three easy steps are all that’s required to create conditions favorable to carrying out any political agenda, no matter how evil or objectionable it may be, and to do it with full public support.
1. Problem – Create a crisis to convince the public they are in imminent danger.
2. Reaction – Wait for public reaction demanding a solution to protect them from the contrived danger.
3. Solution – Appear as the savior and with public support deploy the solution to enact new legislation and/or changes in policy that serve your own interests.
The attack on the World Trade Center of September 11, 2001 is the perfect example of deploying this insidiously effective tactic:
1. Problem - We will not explore the controversy surrounding the events of 9/11 here, though we have included a video covering this topic. Suffice it to say that the Twin Towers were demolished in plain view. Subsequently the mass media replayed their coverage of this horrific event over and over and over again. Almost immediately the face of the enemy, Osama Binladen (a known CIA asset), was presented to provide the public with an icon on which to focus their outrage (it is worthy of note that the FBI has never indicted Osama Binladen for the crimes of 9/11 due to insufficient evidence).
2. Reaction - Over the ensuing days we were deluged with fear mongering rhetoric about our new enemy, the threat of Al Qaeda (the CIA created and trained Al Qaeda to oppose the Soviets in the Afgan war), the urgency of preventing the smoking gun from turning into a mushroom cloud, and the unending references to terror, terrorism, and terrorists. After all this extensive mass publicity naturally the American public expected and demanded a response from government to protect the homeland from these potential threats.
3. Solution - Look at what has happened since that fateful day - commitment to 100 years of sustained war and complete subversion of our freedoms granted by the Constitution - all in the name of our "security".
A former Pakistani diplomat told the BBC that the US was planning military action against Osama Bin Laden and the Taleban well in advance of 9/11. Niaz Naik, a former Pakistani Foreign Secretary, was told by senior American officials in mid-July that military action against Afghanistan would go ahead by the middle of October.
The attack of 9/11 could not have happened at a more opportune moment, and this was just the beginning.
President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell and George Tenet, to name a few leading figures, built support for the Iraq war by telling the world of intelligence reports that Saddam Hussein was stockpiling chemical weapons, feverishly developing germ warfare devices, and racing to build nuclear weapons.
Some of them, notably Mr. Cheney, the Bush administration's doomsayer in chief, said Iraq had conspired with Al Qaeda and implied that Saddam Hussein was connected to 9/11. All of these claims have since proven to be blatant lies (Sadam Hussein did use chemical weapons against the Kurds but these weapons were manufactured and supplied by the USA).
Somewhere along the way, once all these lies were uncovered, there was need for a new reason to justify these armed invasions. We still had the fear of unspecified terrorism to protect the homeland but we really needed something more substantial. And so we are now on a righteous crusade to spread the blessings of "freedom and democracy" throughout the Middle East, whether they want it or not. This plan is not working out very well so far. Oh well - at least we're creating a whole new batch of enemies, destroying our own freedoms at home, bankrupting our economy, and quickly becoming the most despised nation on earth.

But the question at hand is - what do the Global Elite gain from this mess?
Many people think that these invations are about securing oil resources. There is certainly a great deal of evidence to support this claim, and indeed this is the motivation of those in power that reap financial benefits from oil as well as from war. But the Global Elite don't care that much about oil - what they do care about is establishing centralized global domination over everything. Oil is a but a small factor of a much larger issue.
Middle Eastern governance is a mixture of politics and religion that seems completely irrational to the western mind. The point being that Middle Eastern counties play by their own rules. They have their own way of doing things and, surprise surprise, they don't take kindly to foreign nations trying to force them to do otherwise.
So here we have a significant portion of the world's population that are determined to play by their own set of rules which are unacceptable to the Elite's agenda. How then would the Elite handle this situation so they can dominate a people who refuse to be dominated? Easy - they simply do what they and their ancestors have always done - ORDO AB CHAO (Order From Chaos). Why stray from a tactic that has consistently proven so very successful. War has aways beenone of the most effective (and profitable) tool for creating mass chaos.
The Elite used their influence over the most formidable war machine that has ever existed and manipulated the American people into supporting pretty much any action the Elite directs the government to take. After suitable amount of murder, mayhem, and mass destruction, Iraq falls into chaos and the Elite propmtly move in to establish their presence. The first order of business is to gain control over the country's money system. Once this is accomplished the Elite have the leverage to control the new government and the rest is easy. Next will come Iran, Syria, and one by one each country falls into line.
As the Elite gain control they will deploy an orchestrated barrage of propaganda through the establiched mass media outlets of each of these contries. A new generation of young people will be easily coerced into welcoming the subsequent changes to their culture.
The beauty of this tactic from the Elite's perspective is that everything is accomplished in our name, using our money, and our resources, and all with our complete support. The Elite gain everything - control over the Middle East and the destruction of the American economy in preparation for the biggest property grab in history.
All the legislation necessary to quell any potential rebellion has already been put in place under the guise of protecting the homeland. Our government now has the legal authority to strip any American citizen of their constitutional rights, and murder or imprison them with impunity. Our communications systems have been infiltrated with full spectrum surveillance to detect and keep watch for signs of mounting rebellion.
All this is what our sons and daughters are unwitingly sacrificing their precious lives for - and the Elite are laughing all the way.
The Art of Culture Creation

The Elite are social engineers that guide the evolution of social change by the art of culture creation. Throughout history humans have clearly demonstrated their ability to adapt to changing circumstances of life. Therefore, controlling the circumstances of life gives the Elite the power to guide social change along a predefined course. These changes take form as alterations of social and environmental infrastructures which are designed to modify our habits, behaviors, and perceptions, all in preparation for the next phase of the grand plan.
The common perception holds that social evolution takes place organically - that the seeds of change are sown at the grass roots of society and, if they grow to become popular, they eventually merge into the common culture. Social evolution can also be caused by an abrupt change of circumstances such as the introduction of new technologies, war, and acts of God such as Global Warming.
Perhaps a better term would be unconscious assumption, since perception would denote a level of awareness and conscious thought on the matter. We tend to adapt to change without any investigation into the causes of change. We simply accept whatever we are told and play the hand we are dealt as best we can. Most people find it difficult to believe virtually all events of global or national significance do not simply happen by chance.
Every war or major conflict, economic bubbles, recessions and depressions, the women's liberation movement, the hippy generation, recreational narcotics, styles and fashions, sexual liberation, political correctness - all of the significant aspects that make up our culture are carefully planned long before they actually occurr.
Technology plays an important role in culture creation. There is no denying how the advent of video games, communication technologies, cinema, the internet, and the ubiquitous television, have effected our lives and society as a whole. The Elite release these technologies into the public domain to serve their purpose.
The current economic crisis and the threat of global warming (now re-packaged as Climate Change) are two of the more recent examples of culture creation designed to further the Elite's grand plan. Global Warming or Climate Change, whichever you prefer, is another Big Lie designed to establish a global tax collection structure.

The Elite plan by generations, always focusing their efforts on the children of society. The mind of a child easily adapts to whatever environment they grow up in. They come to regard the circumstances of their environment as being perfectly normal no matter how benign or extreme the circumstances may be. A single generation can can cause monumental cultural changes to every facet of society.
The Tools and Strategies of Culture Creation
Note that the following strategies are not newly planned, they have already been in play for decades. All of these strategies are directed toward establishing full control over the population. These strategies constitute attack on the body to reduce population, and attack on the mind to reduce our will and wherewithal to resist.
There is nothing the Elite fear more than a population of healthy people with advanced levels of creativity and critical thinking skills. The ONLY true power the Elite have over us is the power we ourselves give them by our ignorance and complacency. Consequently, it is decidedly to the Elite's advantage to cultivate a population of fat, weak, sick, and stupid people. The following section explains some of the methods used to accomplish this task.

Food:
There is no denying the prevalence of heavily processed junk foods low in nutrition and permeated with all manner of noxious chemicals. The ubiquitous presence High Fructose Corn Syrup in virtually all of our food, especially soft drink beverages, promotes diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, It raises blood levels of cholesterol and triglyceride, makes blood cells prone to clotting, and it may also accelerate the aging process.
To add to the joy HFCS is now made from genetically modified corn. According to an article in the Washington Post - January 28, 2009, two new U.S. studies show that HFCS contains mercury, which was also found in nearly a third of 55 popular brand-name food and beverage products where HFCS is the first or second highest labeled ingredient. Mercury is known to breach the brain-blood barrier and short circuit synaptic response effectively chemically lobotomizing the brain (more details about this issue appears in the "Medicine" section below).
Not only is the food poison but the packaging as well. Bisphenol A (BPA) is a ubiquitous compound in plastics. First synthesized in 189. This chemical is a key building block of plastics from polycarbonate to polyester. In the U.S. alone more than 2.3 billion pounds (1.04 million metric tons) of the stuff is manufactured annually. Since at least 1936 it has been known that BPA mimics estrogens, binding to the same receptors throughout the human body as natural female hormones. Tests have shown that the chemical can promote human breast cancer cell growth as well as decreased sperm count, among other effects. The plastics used for medical tubing and equipment, and all soft drink bottles, water bottles, and yes even baby bottles, have high levels of Bisphenol A. Combining these containers with mercury and fluoride laden contents makes for a thirst quenching one-two punch that destroys our brain, reproductive system, and promotes cancer all at the same time.
Genetically modified foods have secretly infiltrated our food supply for well over a decade. The negative effects of these mutations on our health and the environment are just beginning to come into light, and they are significant. The dangers of producing toxins, allergic reactions, new diseases, and nutritional problems, were reported by FDA scientists and subsequently ignored by those in power. Not only were GMO's approved for public consumption but the companies that produce GMO's successfully lobbied to make it illegal to label products as Genetically Modified for fear that the pubic would not want to purchase these products.
The mega multinational corporations are well on the way to monopolizing the entire world's food production. These companies have used their influence to legislate patents on genetic crops and employ unscrupulous tactics forcing farmers to buy their seed exclusively and financially destroying any farmers that refuse to submit. The food itself can be genetically modified to produce designer food with designer health effects. This monopoly gives the Elite complete power over production, distribution, and quality of our most fundamental necessity of life.
But don't worry, our blessed Elite will live in protected areas with their own private organic farms maintained by their vast storehouses of heirloom seed, and stocked with plenty of healthy organically fed farm animals free of growth hormones or any other chemical, medical, or genetic intervention.
Medicine:
One can only marvel at Big Pharma's creativity when it comes to creating new diseases for which they have the only cure. Their talents are rivaled only by their creativity in marketing these diseases to the public. Of course they do not offer cures. All they offer is expensive drugs and procedures to alleviate symptoms. Simple basic economics dictate there is no profit in cures. Huge profits come from ongoing treatment of perpetual illness.
Most doctors know nothing about health and nutrition, they are little more than programmable drug dispensing robots that service illness by "managing" disease. It's not their fault. Medicine is a faith based industry. Doctors have faith that everything they learn is the truth. They are deliberately overworked and allowed very little sleep throughout their medical education. They are constantly exhausted which facilitates the extensive brainwashing endemic to their training. Guess who ultimately governs the curriculum of medical training.
According to a 2003 medical report 783,936 Americans die every year from conventional medicine mistakes. This is a conservative figure of death only and does not include the misery and damage of non-lethal side effects. "Side Effects" is a laughable term. Side Effects are in fact EFFECTS. They are the unintended effects caused by a drug designed to produce a specific effect, and somehow side effects always seem to greatly outnumber the intended effects. Health care comprises 15.5 percent of the United States' gross national product, with spending reaching $1.4 trillion in 2004. As far as corporate interests are concerned - good business is where you find it.
We have psyhcotropic drugs to regulate every aspect of human behaviour, most of which is perfectly normal human behavior. These drugs are very dangerous. Psychyactrists are not doctors, but they are very successful in convincing people they are sick. Most psychyactrists do not investigate patients to discover the true cause a mental problems. They are just another model of drug dispencing robot. It's all about money, not about health.
Here are the facts about mental illness:
1. No psychiatric disoder is an actual disease. Psychiatric diagnosis is entirely subjective, not objective.
2. There is no scientific proof that psychotropic drugs resolve any mental problems.
3. Psychotropic drugs mask symptoms and have long term side effects.
4. Psychotropic drugs can cause dependency and addiction.
5. Most mental problems are caused by an underlying physical illness.
6. There are many effective treatment options for mental problems that do not involve any psychotropic drugs.
Thimerosal is a compound containing 49.6 percent mercury by weight that is used in vaccines as an antiseptic and anti-fungal agent. Mercury can cause death if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. Mercury tends to accumulate in the brains of primates and other animals after they are injected with vaccines.
Our digestive system provides a modest layer of defense against Mercury in our food entering the bloodstream. Vaccines on the other hand are injected directly in to the bloodstream. The Elite's agenda is served very well by the standard vaccination regiment forced on an infant's developing brain and immune system. Mercury poisoning has been linked to cardiovascular disease, autism, seizures, mental retardation, hyperactivity, dyslexia and many other conditions of the nervous system . Fluoride is a toxic waste byproduct of the aluminum industry which came into popular use in the concentration camps of Nazi germany where it was given to prisoners to produce confusion and apathy about their imprisonment. Our government knowingly adds this to our drinking water and many other products like toothpaste and yes, even baby formula. Fluoride has no dental benefits but it does accumulate in the brain causing damage to cells and neurotransmitters. The detrimental impact of fluoride on children’s IQ has been documented even after accounting for children’s lead exposure, iodine exposure, parental education and income status, and other known factors that might impact the results.
Aspartame, the artificial sweetener used to make Nutrasweet / Equal is an additive found in diet soft drinks and over 5,000 foods, drugs and medicines. Aspartame is yet another joy inflicted upon the public which is steeped in heated controversy — both because of safety issues and the shady circumstances surrounding its approval.
Aspartame has been linked to diseases such as brain tumors, brain lesions, brain cancer, and lymphoma. As recorded in the Congressional Record of 1985, then CEO of Searle Laboratories (manufacturer of Aspartame) Donald Rumsfeld said that he would "call in his markers" to get aspartame approved. (Donald Rumsfeld also sold Saddam Hussein the weaponized gas he used on the Kurds - DM is another celebrated stooge of the Elite.)
The primary concern of the Elite regarding medicine is to destroy our mind, particularly the minds of children.
Technology:
The Elite have long recognized the tremendous advantages inherent in technology. They fund most significant private and academic research, either directly and indirectly, through their vast network of tax-free foundations. Of course they retain the best minds and keep tight control over technological advancement so they can keep the best for their own use. The pubic receives technology only after it is rendered obsolete. The Elite have technology many years ahead of what is known in the public arena. Thus all of the technologies presented to the public as "in development" for a promised future, are probably already available to the Elite.
Technology is a huge subject so in this limited space we will touch on two subjects used for population control.
The most visibly obvious is surveillance technologies. Untold millions of surveillance cameras are installed everywhere people congregate, even in the showers at schools. Technologies of space based surveillance has evolved beyond measure. GPS tracking installed in our cars and cell phones not only monitor our location, but allow eavesdroping on our conversations, even when they are switched off.
Cable companies have admitted that all cable and satellite converters include microphones that listen to the happenings in our homes. Computer software monitors and analyzes this audio supposedly for advertising purposes. All of our emails, web browsing activities, and telephone conversations are intercepted, recorded, and analyzed by the NSA. We divulge all kinds of personal information on social web sites, surveys, blogs, and forums. All of this information is recorded into databases and used to compile extensive detailed files on everyone. It would be naive to assume this information is only used for targeted advertising.
The concept of a microchip implanted population may seem like science fiction, but in reality this technology is already being deployed. These chips can include many features such as GPS tracking, storing our medical records, and storing all kinds of personal and financial information to facilitate the upcoming cashless society.
Implanted microchip technology is actually far more advanced. The latest chips are implanted into the brain to facilitate direct interface to any kind of electronic equipment. Imagine the convenience of controlling our cell phones, appliances, and computer equipment, just by thinking via a brain chip implant.
Bioelectronic interfaces are not restricted to one way communication. What if we could learn a new language, or instead of going to school we could simply download the entire curriculum directly into our memory from a computer? Sounds great doesn't it? Even better - what if the Elite could throw a switch, relieving you of the burden of controlling your own brain so they could conveniently control it for you?
This is not science fiction - it is science fact. The military have been experimenting with interfaces of this type for many years. We have no way to know exactly how far this technology has actually advanced. It has even been proposed to include the means to induce death. Of course this is to protect us from released criminals ect.
We are always presented with the benign motives of accepting implanted technology - to locate lost pets and kidnapped children, to hold our medical records for emergencies, to spare us the inconvenience of carrying identification cards or credit cards. The Elite always give us good reasons why we should embrace various technologies - but then there are the real reasons we never find out about until it's too late. Remember the sheep as they enter the abbettior.
Surgically implanted technology is now voluntary, but it won't be too long before it is mandatory.
Commerce:
Wealth is the primal power tool of the Elite from which all things are possible. The sheer volume of wealth under control by the Elite staggers the imagination. Besides all the things that money can buy, the most significant factor relating to commerce is the art of creating money from nothing to enslave governments and populations through the obligations of debt. We won't get into the gory details here. For in-depth information on this topic watch the videos in Part 2 of this article featuring G. Edward Griffin.
The current lunacy of the banking and corporate bailouts, and the ongoing military invasions around the globe, are financed with the public's money and consequently plunged America into unprecedented levels of debt. A few brave and honest (yes there actually are some) government officials have come forward stating they were coerced into passing the bailout bill - and even threatened that marshal law would result if they resisted.
Many people falsely believe the Federal Reserve is a branch of the United States government. Established in 1913 the Federal Reserve is a cartel of international bankers that control the money supply of the United States and guide U.S. monetary policy on a for-profit basis. The Federal Reserve operates in secrecy as they enter into agreements with foreign central banks and foreign governments, and the Government Accountability Office (the investigative arm of Congress) is prohibited from auditing or even seeing these agreements.
Most people don't know that every penny of the money we pay in income tax goes to pay only the interest on the national debt. In other words - every cent of income tax paid by every American is clear profit for the banking cartels of the Federal Reserve. As incredible as it seems we are actually paying interest on the bailout money given to these same banking establishments which they in turn have used for their own benefit.
Just to be perfectly clear about this lunacy - It's as if you bought a house for $100,000, but, since you had no money, the bank gives you the $100,000, then pay's you an additional $100,000 to pay you back for the money they gave you - plus interest. And the reason they gave you all this money is because you would otherwise be forced into bankruptcy. Nice work if you can get it, but these knid of deals are never available to the common man. It has been calculated that insead of all these bailouts we could have paid off all the morgages, credit card, and other debts of every citizen of the United States!
If our government stopped doing business with the Federal Reserve and printed its own money at zero interest, we could abolish income tax, let everyone keep their hard earned money, and there would not be any national debt. There is no question everyone individually, and America as a whole, would be much better off with our money in our own pockets instead of the Federal Reserve's.

Education:

To the Elite there is no more formidable and frightening an enemy than a well informed public capable of clear critical thinking. The system of formal education has been masterfully engineered to produce graduates possessing two vital attributes valued by the Elite:
1. To be highly qualified in their field of expertise and capable of consistent high level performance.
2. To be completely subservient to the will of authority and never question its motives, actions, or directives.
The techniques employed to instill these attributes in the virgin student mind are eloquently simple and have proven extremely effective. First of all education strongly emphasizes development of the Left-Brain skills by overwhelming students with a constant deluge of information to be committed to memory. In the process our Right-Brain skills are systematically suppressed instead of nourished and developed in balance with the Left.
The typical classroom environment also emphasizes left brain thinking but on a more subliminal level.
There is the teacher that represents the ultimate authority with the power over our educational life and death. Our success depends on their good favor so they must be obeyed without question. The teacher is positioned alone at the front of the room, vigilant overlord of the classroom domain. There they stand like a beacon of superiority, eyes high on a perch at the best vantage point to oversee the the classroom domain. They generally have the biggest desk with all the accoutrements befitting their dominant stature.
Try as we might there is no place to hide. We are forced to sit frozen in place, the inferior minion humbled and attentive to the teacher's every word and gesture, and under constant surveillance by the all seeing, all knowing, evaluating eye of empirical judgment. Day after day, hour after excruciating hour, we sit in a grid of symmetrical rows, mesmerized by the incessant stream of boring monotonous incoming information we are forced to absorb.
We never really know why we are learning this information, and never understand how it applies to our life. We simply learn because we are ordered to learn, and we better comply because we will be tested.
Studies show that children are primarily Right-Brain thinkers before they begin their indoctrination into the educational system. By the age of seven they have already lost a startling ninety percent of their natural Right-Brained creative abilities. By the completion formal education a mere two percent of students somehow manage to emerge with a semblance of their creativity relatively intact, but far from reaching its maximum potential.
The effect of this conditioning is easily demonstrated. Take a moment and answer these three questions:
1. What is the result of multiplying four times four?
2. Where is the Atlantic Ocean situated?
3. Why is it important to eat a nourishing breakfast?
These questions are easily answered by applying basic logical principals and recalling information that should be stored in memory. Or if not you could simply use a calculator and/or look up the answers as needed.
Now answer these three questions:
1. How do you tell the difference between love and infatuation?
2. To what degree should we be concerned about what other people think about us?
3. What is the meaning of life?
Answering these questions is not so easy since they defy the basic principals of logic and are primarily matters relative to personal opinion and perspective. Answering these questions calls for philosophical contemplation. We must employ a complex blend of creativity and critical thinking to explore alternatives, define a system of values and priorities, determine how to weigh the balance of advantages and disadvantages, and finally decide how best to tailor our answers so they are clearly understood and inspire others to engage in their own contemplation.
To put it bluntly - answering these questions requires actual thinking instead of simply recalling information. The education system is focused on teaching us WHAT to think and virtually nothing significant about HOW to think, which is a far more valuable skill. We are left entirely on our own to work out the HOW part of thinking.
On the other hand - if you did come up with immediate answers, chances are they came by exposure to similar situations depicted in a movie, TV show, an advertisement, a novel or book, or some other form of entertainment. This leads us to the subject of predictive programming covered in the next section.
Mass Media:
Mass media is the quinasential power tool of propaganda to influence public opinion and keep us in ignorance of the true reality of our situation. The main strategy is to keep the public distracted from the important matters of the day by keeping their attention focused on matters of no real importance. The Elite utilize the ubiquitous presence of mass media to keep the public enthralled with entertainment, sports, and advertizing - and selectively misinformed with the carefully biased presentations of the main stream news.
Of the many forms of media at play in the modern world, television is arguably the worst offender, especially considering how our children grow up watching. We sit and we watch like a one-way receiver tuned to the channel of our chosen broadcast, and putting aside for a moment the content of what we watch, the critical issue is that the thinking part has already been done for us.
The content contains the messages we are to absorb. The technology behind creating the television picture is deliberately designed with a flicker rate that puts us in a trace like state to absorb the hidden messages. After just 30 seconds of watching television the brain begins to produce alpha waves, which indicates torpid (almost comatose) rates of activity. Alpha brain waves are associated with unfocused, overly receptive states of consciousness. In fact, watching television is neurologically analogous to staring at a blank wall.
Activities like watching television optimizes the brain's capability to enter a passive vegetative state to assimilate information as it's presented. The information is presented complete and pre-formatted deliberately to unburden the mind from any need of active participation
Approximately one third of broadcast content consists of advertisements, which are reinforced by the barrage of passive advertising that literally fills our world. Experts in content creation, working from decades of extensive research into human psychology, are paid billions of dollars to influence, manipulate, and outright control our thinking and behaviors, and all to serve an agenda that satisfies corporate self interests.
We are led to believe that advertisements are a necessary evil to finance delivery of entertaining content. But let's not forget that corporate dollars drive the whole system. Never think for a moment that the "entertaining" content is not leveraged to compliment the Elite's agenda. Like a cruel joke told at our expense, all media broadcast industries openly refer to their output signal as “Programming”.
The quality of our critical thinking and decision making depends on the information stored in the brain's memory. The average child sees 8,000 murders by the time they finish elementary school, 200,000 violents acts by age 18, and 20,000 30 second TV comercials per year. If this information is absorbed while the mind is in a video trance, then what forms the basis of our thoughts, atitudes, opinions, and decisions?
We are programmed by repetition. At any given time we are presented with the same information expressed in the same way, and not only across the world wide spectrum of the main stream news outlets. The same information is carefully embedded into the full array of television shows and commercials. These same topics are disscused on talk shows and integrated into scripts of drama, all to give us a particular point of view.
Mass media is also used to instill a constant state of fear in the public. We see this in the news stories about murder and other acts of violence, the threats of war and terrorism, economic dangers, and the fears of natural cataclysm such as global warming, earthquakes and hurricanes, drought, famine, and the list goes on and on.
Government:
"America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves."

Examine any country with a supposed democratic system of government and you will always find a familiar pattern. The names may change but there is always a liberal style party and a conservative style party. Furthermore as if by magic each of the two parties will always have close to half of the public's support. There are always some token third parties that support alternative political platforms but their numbers are small and their power is inconsequential. The leadership of both parties are always beholden to the same Elite that prefer to stay behind the scenes, hidden in the shadows. The Elite supply the campaign funds to put them in power so no matter which party wins the election - the system is rigged so the hidden shadow government always wins.
This type of "democratic" system is set up much like a professional wrestling tag team bout. The first team sets new policies and establishes new laws to support these policies. Throughout their term of office the public eventually becomes dissatisfied since the new policies rarely provide any true benefit to the public. When election time comes around the opposing party comes to the rescue, and with suitable funding and a well planned propaganda campaign, shifting public opinion past either side of the 50% margin of choice is a simple matter.
The two parties should be almost identical, so that the people can “throw the rascals out” at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shift in policy. Thus the shadow government always wins, and their agenda can resume its perpetual forward motion without opposition. The public are placated and free to enjoy the false satisfaction of exerting their will by participating in a democratic process even though the match is rigged.
There is no better example of this expertly staged performance than the recent election in the United States. The Bush administration started out strong with their response to the attack of 9/11. Over two terms of office we have seen our precious freedoms granted by the Constitution erode to the point of nonexistence. By the end of Bush's second term public approval of the presidency and congress had degraded to historical lows.
And now comes Obama, the perfect counterpoint to Bush. With his charm, intelligence, and exceptional charisma, he bursts on the stage posing as our new hero come to save the day. A winning personality combined expertly delivered speaches consisting of empty rehtoric laced with catchy slogans and plenty of "feel good" language is all it takes. Already in his first months in office Obama has completely reversed all the promises he was elected to fulfill and is instead amplifying Bush administration policies to a whole new level.
Of course there is no point in laying blame on the presidential administration. They are simply the next group of pupets whos strings are being manipulated by the Elite working behind the curtain.
Military:
In Haig's presence, Henry Kissinger, a chief architect of American foreign policy, referred pointedly to military men as nothing more than - "dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy."
January 17, 1961 - President Dwight D. Eisenhower dedicates his farewell address to warning the public of the threat posed by the new "Military Industrial Complex", and tasks the American public to remain vigilant of the potential disastrous rise of misplaced power endangering our liberties (the first video in Part 2 of the article). Unfortunately, we the people have not been vigilant.
The Military Industrial Complex has since grown to epic proportions, and to a significant degree carries on its operations outside of any public or congressional scrutiny. The military has always been the powerful right hand of the Elite, and they wield this power to serve their selfish ends beyond any restraints of human decency.
The Military Industrial Complex is in the business of committing mass murder, subverting governments, and engaging in all manner of secret black operations, often using United States citizens as human Guinea pigs.
Project MK-ULTRA where drugs such as LSD were administered to unwitting subjects in social situations, as well as other more extreme methods such as electro shock, to experiment with controlling the mind and human behavior. The Orwellian U.S. Public Health Service, with participation of the Surgeon General, conducted the Tuskegee Experiment offering 400 men infected with syphilis free "health care", but were deliberately withheld treatment and allowed to die so doctors could examine the internal effects by subsequent autopsy. Vietnamese people were exposed to Agent Orange, resulting in 400,000 deaths and disabilities, and 500,000 children born with birth defects. Thousands of tons of depleted uranium have been disbursed, permanently poisoning the land and causing long term debilitating illness and catastrophic birth defects in the residents.
And the list goes on ad nauseam. The Elite have taken great pride and joy in inflicted a litany of horrors on populations throughout the annals of history. The only difference between then and now is that now they have a plethora of the most sophisticated weaponry ever devised including conventional, nuclear, biological, and the more advanced scalar, plasma, and microwave technologies. Furthermore these weapons can now be deployed via with ground based robots and drone aircraft, under control from remote locations by kids skilled in video games, or fully autonomous systems with on board "intelligence" capable of selecting their own targets.
The creation and manipulation of war as an agent of profit and social change has always been a favored tactic of the Elite. In his book "Tragedy and Hope" Carroll Quigley made the astute observation that - "more changes can be made in five years of war than fifty years of peace"
The Elite utilize their influence and power to foment war. As the warring factions gear up for battle they inevitably require financing which the Elite are ready to supply. The Elite then secretly supplies both sides of the conflict with armaments through their extensive network of arms dealers and manufacturers. So the Elite supply funds which they immediately retrieve by sales of arms, and given control over these two vital factors they already have significant control over which side will prevail in the conflict. But ultimately it doesn't matter which side wins because the Elite will have enslaved both sides by the obligations of repaying debt with interest.
As an extra benefit they cull populations of the young and strong (the very forces which might otherwise oppose their domination), leaving the impotent old and the children to fend for themselves. With populations thus decimated the Elite can leverage the power over governance they have acquired by debt, and utilize their control over education, media, and entertainment, to mold the young minds however they please. In this way they create a new culture to advance the next step in their master plan which was their intention all along.
The Elite run this scam with a level of perfection born of long experience. The players may change but the strategy of the game and the tactics of play always remains the same.

The Ultimate Goals of the Global Elite
The Elite actually believe the world's population exists only to serve them. Since the attack of 9/11 the Elite have instituted an extensive control infrastructure consisting of surveillance technologies and a plethora of new laws designed to favor corporate interests, militarize the police, and provide a legal framework to quell any dissent or rebellion against their authority. Legalized "pain compliance" and "enhanced interrogation" techniques (otherwise known as brutality and torture) are their preferred methods of social control. Alternatively they can employ the ever popular "extraordinary rendition" and ship any undesirables off to a foreign country where they can be interrogated by accomplished experts in medieval styles of horrific torture.
Under new laws defined in the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act any American citizen committing misdemeanor offences can be designated as a "Terrorist" or "Enemy Combatant", effectively stripping them of their constitutional rights.
The current economic crisis marks the beginning of the next phase of the plan. We are acquiring unprecedented levels of debt from the current banker bailouts, corporate bailouts, and trillions of mysteriously missing dollars reported by the Pentagon and the Federal Reserve with no explanation given.
The main stream media is grasping at the slightest indication of an upswing in the economy to convince the public we are experiencing nothing more than a temporary recession. In truth many economists believe we are about to endure a severe global depression signaling the final collapse of the American dollar. Our saviors will then appear at our darkest hour with their prepared solution to unify Canada, Mexico, and the United States, as a single country, the North American Union, with a common currency - the Amero, or some other system based on a new global currency. These plans have been underway for years. The leaders of all three counties have already signed in and the subsequent legislation is already in place.
The European Union serves as the model for what is to come. Public referendums taken within each country of the E. U. have shown the majority of the public opposes the E. U. in favor of each county maintaining their sovereignty. It is plainly obvious that the powers orchestrating the European Union couldn't care less what the public wants and have proceeded with their plans in complete disregard of public opinion.
The European Union and North American Union will eventually join with the Asian Union and Pacific Union (already underway) into one big happy world union with a common currency under cartel control. Once this phase of the plan is achieved the Elite can move ahead to shape their vision of the ultimate destiny of mankind.
Everyone is aware of the strain humanity is exerting on planet earth. We are faced with dwindling natural resources and the destruction of the environment due to massive pollution. This situation is exacerbated by a growing population competing for finite resources. In spite of all the Band-Aid proposals currently in place there is no question that the simplest and most effective way to resolve the dilemma is to get rid of the people. The Elite are a study in elegant efficiency - No People - No Problem.
To this end the Elite intend to reduce the world's population to about five hundred million, which is sufficient to serve their needs. The remaining population will have microchips surgically implanted to enable the new cashless society, GPS tracking, and whatever other "control" features the Elite deem appropriate. Population will be strictly controlled so no one will be born until they are needed, and they will be born only to fulfill a particular function. People will be bred, genetically modified, and technologically enhanced to fulfill their designated role.
Of course the Elite will enjoy the ultimate in luxurious, toxin free, environments, with a full assortment of organic foods from their exclusive private farms, and maintain a stable of prime thoroughbred humans to carry their bloodline through successive generations as needed. But hopefully they will live for a very long time, and may even achieve practical immortality utilizing the new and improved life extension technologies.
These claims may seem outrageous, yet the infrastructure and support technologies required to realize the vision of this New World Order is already in place as detailed in the next section.
